The Thang: Partner Exercise: 2 Pax work together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 100, 200, and 300 reps.

Partner 1 executes as many reps as possible while Partner 2 sprints 100 yards down and back or a Lap depending on where you are,  switching back and forth until team goal is reached.
