Disclaimer

The Thang: Complete agility, balance and core exercises in tabata-style (8 rounds, 20 seconds on/10 seconds off), followed by a 1-minute cardio burst before moving to the next exercise.  We completed 7 exercises:

Tabata: Squat to x-extension

Cardio burst: Skaters keeping one leg up

Tabata: Diamond pushups

Cardio burst: Curb toe taps leading with the right foot

Tabata: Single leg squat to plank walk out (switch legs each round)

Cardio burst: Curb toe taps leading with left foot

Tabata: Table toe touches (in reverse table position, bring hand and opposite foot up, switching back and forth)

Cardio burst: Plyometric mountain climbers (clap hands while switching feet)

Tabata: Single leg deadlift, jumping to switch legs as you come up (bring knees up high)  

Cardio burst: Atomic sit-up / Burpee combo

Tabata: Side plank leg raises (switch sides each round)

Cardio burst: Side shuffle touch down

Tabata: Plyometric Bulgarian split squat on curb (switch legs each round)

Cardio burst: Two-foot side hops over parking lot lines, moving forward then back

Stretch

Inspiration: The Parable of the Sower, Mark 4:3-8 & 13-20 – Surrounding ourselves with strong Christians, as we do with FiA, will help us become strongly rooted in our faith.
