The Thang: This was a full body Tabata workout.

We did 10 rounds of 3 exercises for 40 seconds and 20 seconds rest between. Between each round was a min to hydrate and play would you rather for the next round.

    We did all of them except for burpees, bear crawl and chest fly.

    To cool down we had popsicles thanks to Shiplap!!
