It was a super hot evening, so we stayed in the shade around the staging area with a dumbbell workout with short park laps in between.

Inspiration

In memory of one of our FiA sisters (Spar) from another region, we all wore baseball caps since that was a staple part of her wardrobe at every workout.

Psalm 16:11 – You make known to me the path of life; in your prescence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Some days, life seems long, but the passing of Spar has reminded us the opposite of that. How should you live each day to earn your chance at the gates of heaven? Challenge yourself to fulfill a good will every day, not for yourself, but for others. The intent and purpose behind that act of kindness is what should come natural to us.
