THE THANG: We did this challenge for time just to see how quickly we could get through it! 27 minutes was the Average! (in case you wanted a time to beat! Go get em!)
WORKOUT:
Measure out 30 total yards and mark it at every 10. You will have 3 stations total. Completeing all 3 stations 5 times through.
From starting point, standing long jumps all the way to your 1st cone (first 10 yards)
Complete, 10 burpees, 10 plyo lunges (each leg is one), 10 Big Girl sit ups
Long jumps to the 2nd cone
10 burpees, 10 plyo lunges, 10 Big Girl sit ups
Long jumps to the 3rd cone
10 burpees, 10 plyo lunges, 10 Big Girl sit ups
Run back to the start and repeat steps for a total of 5 completed rounds!
Totaling: 150 Burpees, 150 Plyo lunges, 150 Sit ups, and 150 yards of long jumps
