The Thang:

The PAX will complete each weighted exercise in cadence and Run in between sessions.

Session 1:

  • 15 Bicep up/15 Hammer down
  • 15 Shoulder Ups
  • 15 Shoulder Press
  • RUN (2)

Session 2:

  • 15 Narrow Squats
  • 15 Narrow Dead-lifts
  • 15 Wide-Squats
  • 15 Wide Deadlifts
  • 15 Calf raises
  • RUN (2)

Session 3:

  • 15 Russian Twists
  • 15 toe touches
  • 15 Leg pull-ins
  • 15 Pulse ups
  • 15 Bridge ups
  • RUN (1)

Negative minds produce negative lives, but positive minds produce positive lives. Negative thoughts are full of fear and doubt, but positive thoughts are full of faith and hope. So in it all maintain positive thoughts no matter the hardship…practice being positive in every situation that arises.
