When: September 10, 2019
PAX: Mentor, Spark, Ranger, Memaw, Wildlife, Nomad, The Brit, Hawkeye, Tiger. Summertime, Defender, Gamecock, Roadrunner and Phoenix.
EMOM (every minute on the minute), set up in 5 stations. 4 minutes (rounds) was spent at each station doing 6 to 8 reps of all three exercises every minute. We made it through everything twice with a jog between to catch our breath.
Station 1: Step Ups, Tricep Dips, Push-ups
Station 2: Burpees (Hiccups), Supergirl, Situps (Crunches)
Station 3, with weights: Dumb bell swing, Squats, Windmills
Station 4: Squat Jumps, Lunge Kicks, Shoulder Taps
Station 5: Jumping Jacks, Reverse Crunches, Bicycles
