PLYO Circuits

A Pax of 14 joined us for a sweaty workout combining balance and bodyweight exercises.

Homestead, Pioneer, Ranger, Summertime, Changeorder, Astro, Spark, Bravo, Meemaw, Wildlife, Gamecock, Magnolia, and 007 joined Mentor for today’s workout.

We started out stretching and running an extended lap around the chapel and then positioned ourselves into 3 circuit stations. Because I am not a trained professional, I decided to facilitate a workout that had already been put together – Giving credit where Credit it due – I found this on Pinterest and it was listed by PopSugar. We did each circuit 3 x and then ran an extended lap around the chapel. Then we circled up our mats and worked on our Core .

Then we spent time stretching as we cooled down. Our inspiration was a quote from Pastor Michael Todd – ” The right exposure will ruin your excuses.” Who are we allowing to influence us? In FIA, exposing ourselves to women who are likeminded pushes us to do more for our health. In our Christian walk, are we surrounding ourselves by people filled with faith who are seeing God work and move, and instill belief in us because if He did it for them, He can do it for me?
