9 different exercises…11 reps each…for 4 rounds (to signify the 4 planes that were hijacked that day)

  1. Walking lunges with bicep curls x 11
  2. Smurf Jacks x 11
  3. Tricep Dips or Extensions  x 11
  4. Overhead press with Plies x 11
  5. Mountain Climbers x 11
  6. Reverse Crunch x 11
  7. Push up with side twist x 11
  8. Karate Kicks with punch x 11
  9. Bicycle Abs x 11

HONORING THE 2997

As a group, we did 2997 squats. For every 50 you do, move a rock to the pile. Each rock represents 50 people who lost their lives in 9/11. Alone you would be overwhelmed by 2997 squats…but with the help of your sisters, it can be accomplished

As a group, we also did 110 burpees to represent the stories of the Twin Tower
