The Thang: We did the following exercises two times through for a total of 1,000 reps: 20 burpees, 40 dips, 75 jumping jacks, 15 pushups, 15 wall balls, 30 second side plank each side, 50 bridges, 15 Carolina dry docks, 25 deadlifts with sandbag, 30 plank jacks, 20 plie squats, 25 supermans, 40 quicksteps on curb each side, 15 Bulgarian split squats each side.
