The Thang: Ypull be running through 11 stations (light posts). You’ll ladder down the same exercise at each station. Starting at 11 pushups, run to the next light and do 10, run to the next light and do 9, etc…until you get to only 1 rep. Run back to where you started and repeat ladder down with the next exercise. 6 exercises total with 11 stations each.

  1. Jump squats
  2. Push ups
  3. V ups
  4. Tricep extensions with weight
  5. Burpees
  6. Athletes choice
