Plank Taps on Pumpkin

Shoulder press w Pumpkin

Walking lunges w Pumpkin

Jumps over Pumpkin

Crunches then move Pumpkin side to side

Push-Ups on Pumpkin

PLACE ALL PUMPKINS ON STAGE

Great Pumpkin Race. Do one pushup, one step up. Carry pumpkin to other side of grass. Run back to stage. Do two pushups, two step ups…Run back to pumpkin, bring to stage. Do three pushups, three step ups. Carry pumpkin back to other side of grass. Run back to stage. Do four pushups, four step ups. Run back to pumpkin, bring to stage. Do five pushups, five step ups. DONE!

Everyone holds their pumpkin. Sally UP you stand up and press pumpkin overhead. Sally DOWN you squat and hold pumpkin and the squat position. Burpees on the clapping sections
