10-Step Pyramid

The thang: perform each exercise x the # on the pyramid. Ex: 1 burpee, 2 squat jumps…

after you complete one “level” on the pyramid, run a short lap, get back to your mat and complete the level you just did, plus the next one. Ex: 1 burpee, run a lap, 1 burpee + 2 squat jumps, run a lap, 1 burpee + 2 squat jumps + 3 Jack knifes…repeat until you do all 10 levels And then work back down the pyramid.

  3. Jack knife
  4. Plank crunches
  5. Elbow to hand plank
  6. SL RDL
  7. Rows
  8. Push-ups
  9. SL bridges
  10. Squat jacks

During this period of thanksgiving, I have reflected on how my life has changed in the last year. I first started attending FiA workouts last October and I can confidently state that my involvement with this community has led to positive changes in my life. I have noticed growth in all areas of my life and I believe that FiA (aka all of you ladies) were a catalyst. As we enter this season of “thanks” I encourage everyone to slow down for 5 minutes, step away from distractions and reflect on the last year. Take notice of the changes (Good or bad) that have taken place in each of your lives, appreciate yourself for walking through all of them and thank our Creator for walking with us.
