Session 1:

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 High Knees
  • 25 Curtsy Lunges
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 High Knees
  • 25 Curtsy Lunges

Session 2:

  • Run towards Hill
  • Exercise on Bridge-
  • 25 Wide Squats up on Calf-raise
  • 25 Narrow Squats up on Calf raises
  • Side Lunge 10 steps up hill and switch until reaching the top of hill
  • Run back to bridge
  • 25 Kickbacks with opposite leg on tip toes for a Calf raise (L & R)
  • 25 Hydrants with opposite leg on tip toes for a Calf raise (L&R)
  • Side Lunge 10 steps up hill and switch until reaching the top of hill
  • Run around park and meet at start up place

Session 3:

  • 50 Smurf Jacks
  • 1 minute wall sit
  • 50 russian twists
  • 50 Smurf Jacks
  • 1 minute wall sit
  • 50 russian twists

Session 4:

  • 25 Narrow dead lift
  • 25 tri-dips
  • 10 Superwoman Push-ups
  • 25 Wide dead lift with a punch above
  • 25 tri-dips
  • 10 Superwoman Push-ups
  • 25 Side crunch lifts L & R
