The Thang: We worked through the following exercises in 30 second bursts until we ran out of time. No rest! Plank (front/side/reverse/side), wall sit, sumo squat hold, v-ups, supermans, standing front leg raise, single leg deadlift hold, Plank (all variations), single leg glute bridge hold, pushups, dips, side lying wall kickback, fire hydrants.
