60 seconds each – 60 second rest after last exercise

  1. Double squat jump
  2. Push up knee tuck
  3. Double skier lunge
  4. Superman push up

Rest 60 seconds and repeat all four exercises 50 seconds each with 50 second rest after completing all 4

40 seconds – 40 second rest

30 seconds each – 30 second rest

20 seconds each – 20 second rest

10 seconds each – 10 second rest

Next circuit

60 seconds each – after all 4- 60 seconds rest …….10 seconds each with 10 seconds rest
