Run/Speed Walk Long Lap

25 “Candlestick” burpees (Squat, roll back from your squat and point your feet into the air like a candle stick. Put your candle out by rolling back up into that squat to finish the burpee.

  1. Blitzen Jacks (jumping jacks)
  2. Polar Push-ups (Push up to Superwoman)
  3. Reindeer Stretches (Straight leg pulses – front, side, back, right leg)
  4. Reindeer Stretches (Straight leg pulses, front, side, back left leg)
  5. Snow Angels ([Upside down] – Supermans)
  6. Elf Dips (Tricep Dips)
  7. Mistletoe Plie Pulses
  8. Nutcracker Abs (Left lifts into Scissor Wide legs and back up)
  9. Shiny Star Jumps
  10. Sleigh Bumps (Bridges)
  11. Christmas Crunches
  12. Jolly Reindeer Knees (High Knees)
  13. Mistletoe Raises (Calf Raises – raising for a kiss)
  14. Christmas Tree Plank Twists (don’t let your tree lean)
  15. Snow Squats
  16. Reindeer stretches (Birddogs)
  17. Rudolph Jumps (Simulated Jump Ropes)
  18. Ice Skaters
  19. North Pole Climbers (Cadence Mountain Climbers)
  20. Snow Globes (Arm Circles , switch directions ½ through)
  21. Prancer Feet (Fast Feet)
  22. Jingle Bell Twists (Russian Ab Twists)
  23. Naughty Reindeer Kicks (Alternating Donkey Kicks & Fire Hydrants) Left Leg
  24. Naughty Reindeer Kicks (Alternating Donkey Kicks & Fire Hydrants) Right Leg
