- Moving curtsy squat to squat (cone to cone)
- Jumping jack plank jack combo

2 minute cardio together –
Run small square – 5 squats/squat jumps at each corner
1 minute rest
- Shuffle 4 push ups, shuffle 3 push ups, shuffle 2 push ups, shuffle 1 push up (cone to cone)
- Plank row row squat stand with weights
30 second rest
2 minute cardio together –
Skip small Square – 6 lunges or Lunge hops At each corner
- Sprint (jog the small square)
- Squat curl press
30 second rest
2 minute cardio together –
Jog small Square – 10 mountain climbers At each corner
- Run to cone back pedal back – 5 times
- 4 Superwomans; 4 Spider-Mans 30 second rest
2 minute cardio together-
Shuffle small square – broad jump
Short sides or lunge walk
- 5 Bulgarian split squats with front arm raise (each leg)- 10 total
- 10 dips; 10 step ups
30 second rest
2 minute cardio together –
Run small Square – 1 burpee At each corner
Partner abs –
Standing twist and weight hand off
Switch directions
Sit up alternating hands
Sit up weight hand off
