- Tabata – Burpees and Jumping Jacks – 20 second on and ten seconds off – Repeat for 4 minutes
- Strength – Walkout pushups and walking lunges – 30 seconds each – Repeat 3 times
- Tabata – High Knees and Skaters – 20 second on and ten seconds off – Repeat for 4 minutes
- Strength – Dumbbell Rows and Squats with Shoulder Press – 30 seconds each – Repeat 3 times
- Tabata – Jump Squats and Mountain Climbers – 20 second on and ten seconds off – Repeat for 4 minutes
- Strength – Dumbbell Flys and Planks – 30 seconds each – Repeat 3 times
- Tabata – Froggers and Plank Jacks – 20 second on and ten seconds off – Repeat for 4 minutes
- Strength – Monkey Humpers and Superwoman Pushups – 30 seconds each – Repeat 3 times
