Inspiration*: As you face anxiety in your every day life, keep 3 things in mind to help combat the feeling of anxiousness:

  1. Refocus: Ask yourself, What is God trying to show me?
  2. Reframe: Examine your expectations and where you are channeling your energy. Reframe what is out-of-whack.
  3. Redirect: The satisfaction that we are all looking for is the satisfaction that ONLY God can provide. Redirect your search for satisfaction to him, and see how your feelings and responses change.
