The Thang: WE DID 100 BURPEES! After a slow burpee-inspired warmup we got right to a ladder style workout with burpees between each exercise. Here’s how it went: 5 burpees, 50 jumping jacks, 5 burpees, 50 suitcase squats, 5 burpees, 40 good mornings, 5 burpees, 40 plie squats to toes, 5 burpees, 30 crouching tiger hidden planks, 5 burpees, 30 superwomans with heel beats, 5 burpees, 20 arm circles each direction, 5 burpees, 20 dips, 5 burpees. Rinse and repeat in opposite order. We finished with a couple of laps around the chapel with side shuffles and skips, then an ab and arm Tabata.
