Helter Skelter

The Thang: After a jogging/calisthenics warm-up we got to work doing LOTS of stuff. First, we did some 90s (90 seconds of work) with jumping jacks, good mornings, jump rope (imaginary) and glute bridges. Then we had a visit from Dora (one partner completes an exercise when the other runs) with some sit-ups, dive-bombers and bridge dips. We finished up with some leg work doing 20 reps each of squats, step-ups, lunges and more jumping jacks.

For our inspiration we all shared something positive about today!
