Warmup lap and stretch

complete the first exercise for 1 rep, run a small lap, complete the first exercise for 1 rep and the second exercise for 2 reps, run a small lap, etc. once you reach the top of the pyramid, climb down by doing 10 ice skaters, run a lap, 10 ice skaters, 9 bicep curls, run, etc.

  2. Squat jump
  3. Push up
  4. Lateral raise
  5. Tricep extension
  6. Deadlift
  7. Reverse fly Or row
  8. Lunge jumps
  9. Bicep curl Into Over head press
  10. Ice skaters
