The Thang:

9 stations; 3 min total, 2 exercises each station, each exercise 30 sec then rotate. Complete 3 full minutes at each station, alternating every 30 seconds between exercise A / B Until 3 min is up. Then rest 30 second between each station

  1. A: seal jacks / B: Backward stepping lungs with twist
  2. A: Plank up / B: Kneel to squat
  3. Skaters / Burpees
  4. Sprinter Sit ups / Push ups
  5. Squat Hold / Squats
  6. crab toe touch / Pull throughs
  7. High Knees / Fast feet
  8. Left Side plant / right side plank
