Warm Up – Windmills, Toy Soldiers, Side Lunges
Choose a Partner –
15 Tri – Dips / Plank Jacks
15 Step Ups (per leg) / Boat Hold (until Partner finishes)
15 Push Ups / High – Knees (15 or until Partner finishes)
15 Split Squats (aka Bulgarian Lunges) / Jumping Jacks (15 or until partner finishes)
15 Walking Lunges / Mountain Climbers
15 Single Leg Glute Bridge (each side) / Jump Squats (with twist to knee at bottom)
Single Leg Dead Lifts / Skaters
Supermom (Superman) / Butt Kickers
