Chapel Hill Runs
- Run around the Chapel to the Stop sign and back down to the other stop sign.
- 25 Jump Squats
- 25 curtsy
- Run up back to stop sign and back down to other stop sign
- 25 Narrow Squats
- 25 wide- Squats
- Jumping Jacks- 10 count by each PAX
- High-Knees – 10 count by each PAX
Session 2: (2x)
- 15 Bicep Curls
- 15 Overheads
- 15 Upright Rows
- Run up to stop sign and back down to other stop sign
- 25 Jump Squats
- 25 curtsy
Session 3: (2x)
- 15 Narrow Squats
- 15 Narrow Dead-lifts
- 15 Wide-Squats
- 15 Wide Deadlifts
- Run up to stop sign and back down to other stop sign
- 25 Jump Squats
- 25 curtsy
Session 4: (2x)
- 15 0-Raises
- 15 Push-ups
- 15 Bridges
- Run up to stop sign and back down to other stop sign
- 25 tick tocks
- 25 curtsy
Session 5: (2x)
- 15 Crunches
- 15 Standing Twists
- 15 Sit-ups
Session 6: (2x)
- 15 Running Bicep Curls
- Run to opposite of parking lot
- 15 Shoulder raises
- Run to opposite of parking lot
End with Jumping Jacks!!
