Warm-Up:

  • Run around the Chapel.
    • 15 Push ups
    • 15 Tri-dips 
  • Run around the Chapel
    • 15 Push-ups 
    • 15 Tri-dips 
  • Jumping Jacks- 10 count by each PAX
  • High-Knees – 10 count by each PAX

Session 1: (2x)

  • 15 Bicep Curls
  • 15 Overhead Press
  • 15 Upright Rows

Run the Chapel (2x)

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 tri-dips

Session 2: (2x)

  • 15 Hammer Curls
  • 15 Shoulder Raises
  • 15 tricep kick backs

Run the Chapel (2x)

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 tri-dips 

Session 3: (2x) Laying down

  • 15 Chest Flys
  • 15 Skull crushers
  • 15 Chest Press 

Run the Chapel (2x)

  • 10 push ups
  • 10 tri-dips 

Session 4:

  • 20 Sit ups
  • 20 Bridges with single Weight chest press
  • 20 Butterfly crunches
  • Run chapel square
  • 10 Sit ups
  • 10 Bridges with single Weight chest press
  • 10 Butterfly crunches

Session 5: 

  • 1 min plank
  • Run chapel Square
  • 1 min Plank
