The Thang
Eight stations are set up around the playground. Everyone start at a different station for social distancing. Start with 30 reps of that exercise at the station, then run a lap around to the next station for 30 reps of the next exercise, etc. Once you’re done with 30 reps all around, you’ll repeat this but with 25 reps all around, then 20 reps, etc. It’s doubtful you’ll finish before our time is up, especially if you’re doing the exercises with correct form.

- Side lunges
- Plank shoulder taps

- High donkey kick
