A PAX of 13 priMADONNAs joined me for another music inspired workout. This time we broke a sweat to Madonna’s best hits in a 4 min tabata style workout based on the song “4 minutes”!

Warm-Up: Active stretching, jumping jacks, butt kicks, run the chapel, hip openers, narrow squats with a twist, run the chapel (toe touch, lateral lunge LR switch, backwards run)

Tabata: 4 min, 9 rounds, 20 sec. on 10 sec off
