The Thang: Five sets of two exercises, each exercise for 45 seconds with a short 20-second rest between each set. Set 1: Thrusters and runner lunges; Set 2: Bird dogs and skaters; Set 3: Push-up/row combo and side lunges; Set 4: Bridges and prisoner squats; Set 5: Crouching tiger hidden planks and bridge dips with leg lifts. Rinse and repeat.
