The Thang: Four rounds per exercise, 30 seconds on / 10 seconds off / 30 seconds rest between exercises, 12 sets, Roxanne to finish. Rounds are as follows: (1) Thrusters, (2) Reverse lunge, kick & curl, (3) Curtsy lunges, (4) Push-ups and tricep kickbacks to toes (alternating each round), (5) Row/fly combo, (6) Bird dogs and star crunches (alternating each round), (7) Thrusters, (8) Plie squat w/ upright row (9) Deadlifts (10) Push-ups and tricep kickbacks to toes (alternating each round), (11) Row/fly combo, (12) Bird dogs and star crunches (alternating each round). Cool down and stretch it out.
