Dynamic warm up with jog
Partner 1 moves from corner to corner while Partner 2 is at mat completing 10 reps of each exercise. Switch when partner 1 returns. Each round is 5 minutes.
Round 1 – partner 1 – run to corners, 10 squats, 10 squat jumps, 10 squats, 10 squat jumps; partner 2 – weighted standing one leg crunch
Round 2 – partner 1 – run to corners 10 lunges, 10 lunge hops, 10 lunges, 10 lunge hops; Partner 2 – balancing row to standing shoulder press
Round 3 – partner 1 – run to corners 10 jacks, 10 squat jacks, 10 jacks, 10 squat jacks; partner 2 – balancing fly to standing curl
Round 4 – partner 1 – run to corners squat alternating touch downs (10); partner 2 – push up to touch out (opp hand and opp toe); sit ups
Round 5 – run to corners 20 line jumps; partner 2 – boat with tricep extentions, boat with shoulder press
Round 6 – shuffle to corners; partner 2 – lunge to airplane to standing knee
Round 7 -walking lunges, skip, walking lunges, skip; partner 2 – table top to beast to plank to beast to table top
