The Thang:

Warm-Up:

  • Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot

Session 1: 

  • 25 push-ups
  • 25 tri-cep extensions 
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot

Session 2: 

  • 25 hydrants- right
  • 25 hydrants – left
  • 25 Narrow Deadlifts with band or weights
  • 25 Side Steps (left)
  • High Knees
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot

Session 3: 

  • 25 Chest Flys with Hip flexors
  • 25 Chest Press with bridge
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot

Session 4: 

  • 25 Donkey Kicks – right
  • 25 Donkey Kicks – left
  • 25 Wide Leg Dead lifts with bands or weights
  • 25 Side Steps (right)
  • High Knees
  • Resistance band walk in parking lot

Session 5: Let’s do it again!  Instead of 25, 10 reps of each.

  • 15 Butterflies
  • 15 Russian twists
  • 15 tick-tocs
  • 15 crunches
  • Jumping Jacks
