Session 2:
- 25 hydrants- right
- 25 hydrants – left
- 25 Narrow Deadlifts with band or weights
- 25 Side Steps (left)
- High Knees
- Resistance band walk in parking lot
Session 3:
- 25 Chest Flys with Hip flexors
- 25 Chest Press with bridge
- Jumping Jacks
- Resistance band walk in parking lot
Session 4:
- 25 Donkey Kicks – right
- 25 Donkey Kicks – left
- 25 Wide Leg Dead lifts with bands or weights
- 25 Side Steps (right)
- High Knees
- Resistance band walk in parking lot
Session 5: Let’s do it again! Instead of 25, 10 reps of each.
