Session 2: 

  • 24 push up hydrants- right
  • High Knees
  • 24 push up hydrants – left
  • High knees
  • 24 Narrow Deadlifts with band and weights
  • Jumping Jacks
  • 24 Wide Deadlifts with band and weights

  • Skaters

Session 3: 

  • 24 wall sit with shoulder lifts
