When: Saturday, February 6, 2021; Q: Jolt; Pax: 007, Hawkeye, Luna, Summertime, Ranger, Canvas, Atomic, Aria, Mixed Tape, Grizzly, Codelier, McQueen & Page Turner.

Disclaimer, Warmup: jog, dynamic stretches

The Thang: Tabata-style sets (20 seconds of work/10 seconds of work/8 rounds), doing each exercise in cadence. Run or 25 cadence jumping jacks between each set. The sets: (1) Thrusters, (2) Deadlifts, (3) Lateral lunges (alternating sides each set), (4) Reverse lunge, kick & curl (alternating sides each set), (5) Plank leg swings/Plank leg lifts, (6) Push-ups / Superwomans. We finished up with 50 burpees to knock out the monthly challenge for the weekend.

Cooldown, Inspiration: Military-style cadence jog: “I don’t know but I’ve been told, FiA gals have hearts of gold. We wake up when it’s still dark, and meet up at Lakeshore Park. Rain or shine we come together, and for that we all are better!”
