Spa Day!!! JK – SKA DAY!!!

A beautiful Pax of 4 joined for a full body workout in the damp chill and we rocked the ska with Canvas (Q), McQueen, Mentor, Luna, and Ranger!

I am soooo not a trained professional. Monitor and modify each movement to your personal abilities, but challenge yourself to use your muscles and push yourself! Most importantly – have fun!

Warm up:

50 jumping jacks

25 mountain climbers

25 toy soldiers

30 high knees

10 walking lunges with twist

The Thang:

50 step-ups (25 each side) or runners lunge with high knees

25 pushups – try something different (wide, diamond, clapping, etc.)

25 squat jumps

30 bicep curls or hammer curls

1 minute walking (small covid-circle) with heavy weights until you just can’t stand it! Get a grip!

50 heismans

25 tricep dips

25 superwomans

30 walking lunges

1 minute wall-sit – get low!

50 skaters

25 plank walk-outs

25 mountain climbers

30 spiderman crunches – don’t rush – feel the burn!

1 minute calf raises – try weighted if you can!

50 hackey sacks

25 reverse plank crunch (Ask Summertime – she started it)

25 upright rows

30 alligator (staggered) pushups

1 minute plank

Repeat for time

Move forth in today with the knowledge that NOTHING is insignificant. Find a way to “Re-Treasure” the heavenly things: holding hands, smiles, appreciations from co-workers and long-time relationships, loving service, joy and comfort. Take nothing for granted.
