Booty: Get a curb: squat with side leg extension, Bulgarian split squats, side lunge, jog (LIGHTNING ROUND jump squats 10-15 reps for 3 minutes)
Core: 30 secs/10 sec rest two rounds Tik toks, toe touches, V-up hold, dead bugs, superwomen
LIGHTNING ROUND: Plank challenge 1:30 sec hold
