The Thang: 30-minute EMOM as follows: Minute 1 – 10 burpees, 2 – 15 supermans with heel beats, 3 – 10 burpees, 4 – 10 side lunges each leg, 5 – 10 burpees, 6 – 10 row/fly combos, 7 – 10 burpees. Rest. Rinse and repeat 3x!
