Backblasts, The Chapel


The game is ON with a PAX of 7 at The Chapel for FiA Jenga!

Tha Thang:

Warm up with 10 jumping jacks for each PAX, 10 total Good Mornings, and 10 total big arm circles foward and backward.

FiA Jenga (currently) consists of 29 blocks with 2 exercises each–1 on each side–and 4 blank blocks, for a total of 33. Each PAX takes a turn pulling a block, choosing an exercise, and stacking the block back on top. Complete 15 reps of the chosen exercise. Blank blocks are short chapel laps. When the tower falls, do 15 burpees!

The tower fell twice for us today, so we completed the monthly challenge for day, in addition to the rest of our work!
