The Thang: 4-minute sets, two exercises per set, alternating between each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest or run between each set. 1: Side shuffle & touch down / Dive-bombers; 2: Heisman runners / Anchored split snatch; 3: Plyo mountain climbers / Ab sprawls; 4: Squat, kick & press / Row-fly combo; 5: Skaters / Sumo squat press; 6: Plank jack combo / Deadlifts; 7: Jump squat-cross jack / Reverse box cutters.
