Crazy 8 workout!

A PAX of 5 (Canary, Canvas, Rogue, Hawkeye, Mentor) joined for a Crazy 8 workout this am!

8 stations zigzagged through parking lot so you run around them in a crazy 8 pattern stopping at the station to complete exercise.

Station 1- 20 Jump Squats or Squat to Calf Raise

Station 2 – 10 Burpees

Station 3 – 20 Bicep Curls

Station 4 – 15 Side Plank Leg Lifts (each side)

Station 5 – 20 V Ups

Station 6 – 20 Curtis Lunges

Station 7 – 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Station 8 – 15 Ab Knee Tuck Twists (each side)

How many Crazy 8s can you complete in our workout time?

Inspiration- focus on what you can control instead of what you can’t. You can choose to pray for those who use & abuse, hurt, or are seemingly obstacles in your path. You can choose to focus on the good & what you are thankful for in the midst of challenging times. You can choose praise & joy!
