The Thang: We jammed out to the Mean Girls soundtrack! For each song, we targeted one muscle group with 2-3 different exercises:
Warm-up: Jog, Good-mornings, Jax, Skipping arm circles
- Starfish Abs & Upright Bicycles
- Tricep Pushups & Scorpions
- Body Builders & Jump Squats
- Eagle Crunches (slow, fast, hold) & Mtn climbers
- Bridges with Weight, slow push-ups, Crouching Tiger Plank
- Hammer Curls & Forearm pulses
- Dead Lifts & Monkey Humpers
- Weight to Corner
- Ab pulses with slow Russian twists
- Isolated leg lunges & Curtsey lunge
- Plank Jacks, Sit-Throughs, Hold Plank
- Back Pulses
- Double leg lifts, Dead bugs, & Cool Down lap
Stretch & Cooldown & Name-O-Rama
