The Thang: We jammed out to the Mean Girls soundtrack! For each song, we targeted one muscle group with 2-3 different exercises:

Warm-up: Jog, Good-mornings, Jax, Skipping arm circles

  1. Starfish Abs & Upright Bicycles                                                                                  
  2. Tricep Pushups & Scorpions                                                                          
  3. Body Builders & Jump Squats                                                                      
  4. Eagle Crunches (slow, fast, hold) & Mtn climbers                                                    
  5. Bridges with Weight, slow push-ups, Crouching Tiger Plank                           
  6. Hammer Curls & Forearm pulses                                                                            
  7. Dead Lifts & Monkey Humpers                                                                        
  8. Weight to Corner                                                                                                     
  9. Ab pulses with slow Russian twists                                                                              
  10. Isolated leg lunges & Curtsey lunge                  
  11. Plank Jacks, Sit-Throughs, Hold Plank                                                             
  12. Back Pulses   
  13. Double leg lifts, Dead bugs, & Cool Down lap
