I am NOT a trained professional. Modify where you need based on your abilities. Most of these exercises have fabulous options for modifications to still keep your heartrate going and your booty and core burning!
Warm Up: Do a little run, some side shuffles, skips, arm swings/circles… and GO!
The Thang: One minute of each activity with 10 seconds rest between each exercise. Try not to Wipe-Out! Two-minute walk, run, dance, stretch, etc. after round 1. Get back on your board and hana hou! (do it again!)
