At the beginning, everyone takes turn doing 20 pull-ups. While each one does pull up, we rotate a cardio of everyone’s choice.
Workout:
6 sets of 2 exercises, 30 seconds each, 3!times each, no rest until completed 3 times

3 second squat into jump squat / Push up shoulder tap
2 step shuffle tap / jump squats
Left side crunches / Right side crunches
Burpees / Mtn Climbers
