5-4-3-2-1

Q: HAWKEYE (I am NOT a trained professional)

PAX: 007, Neon and Mentor

The Thang:

We did a quick warmup with some stretching to get ready for the 5-4-3-2-1 workout. The first round was 5 minutes of cardio, 4 minutes of of legs, 3 minutes of arms, 2 minutes back to legs and then 1 minute of abs. The second round was 5 minutes of cardio, 4 minutes of arms, 3 minutes of abs, 2 minutes of legs and then a final run. We then came back for some standing abs before cooling down.

INSPIRATION: One small crack does not mean that you are broken…it means that you were put to the test and did not fall apart (Linda Poindexter). Paslm 46:1: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” So hard to remember, but when life feels in turmoil, remember to turn to God and lean on Him for strength. That is what is wants from us – for us to CRAVE and RELY and TRUST Him in all things.
