The Thang

The Lap:  One person moves from one end of the parking lot to the other doing one of the following exercises. Upon return, the next person goes for their “lap”. Continue and repeat for time.

The Work:  When not doing their “lap”, everyone works at their own pace completing 20 of each exercise below. Repeat for time.

Plank Up-Downs

No-Hand Get-Ups (there’s a big surprise!)

Beast Planks (either hold a 20-count or do 20 tap-outs)
