Tri-Set Workout

The Thang:

After a brief warmup we got into our tri-set burnout sets. Each tri-set consisted of 90 seconds, where 2 weights were used for 30 seconds, then one weight for 30 seconds and then body weight for the final 30 seconds to achieve a burnout without any break during the 90 seconds. The tri-sets included squats, lunges (both sides), shoulder presses, upright rows, deadlifts, rear delt flys, triceps diamonds, chest presses, kneel to squat, bent over rows, curls, glutes, curtsy lunges (both sides) and then an ab series for an ab inferno burnout.
