The Thang:

The PAX will complete each weighted exercise in cadence and Run in between session.

Session 1:

Quick Stretch

Jumping Jacks

High Knees

Butt Kickers

Skaters

Run to Hill

Session 2:

At top of Hill Complete session 1

Add jump squats

Run down to stop sign and go up with alternating side lunges (10)

Run down to stop sign and go up with alternating with 10 reverse lunges and 10 running backs.

Run back to parking lot

Session 3: 

Roll Dice for some FUN!!
