- 15 hammer curls
- 15 shoulder press
- Run parking lot
- 15 bicep curls
- 15 over head press

- 15 tri-cep extensions

Session 2: Band time
- 25 hydrants- right
- 25 hydrants – left
- Resistance band walk in parking lot
- 25 Side lunges- right
- 25 Side Lunges- (left)
- 25 High Knees

- 15 Chest Flys with Hip flexors
- 15 Chest Press with bridge
