30 curtsy lunges

30 forward lunges

30 reverse lunges

30 weighted jacks

30 Russian twists

Light Side –

10 step ups each leg

10 burpees

10 decline push ups

10 Bulgarian split squats each leg

10 sit to jump

20 dips

20 lunge hops

20 push ups

20 side lunges (each side)

20 hip dips

30 jacks

30 squat jumps

30 shoulder taps

30 bridges

30 drunk climbers
